Delivery Options:

We offer free tracked 48-hour UK mainland delivery on orders over £100 value.
Delivery costs, providers, and options available to you, can be found on the shop checkout page,
where you will be able to select your preferred option.
We Currently Offer Two Delivery Options: Standard (3 Business Days) and an Express 48-hour service.
All of the delivery services selected are subject to the time-of-day orders are placed and received, and we may
need to allow 1-2 days to process and pack your order.
On occasion, we may need to use an alternative courier service to those as shown on the checkout page, that you have selected.
This would be to ensure you receive your goods in a timely manner. In these rare instances we will do our utmost to match the service you have requested.
We reserve the right to change postal services that are offered and update costs as the business requires to provide the best service possible.

Receiving Your Goods:

Once your order is placed, your email confirmation will confirm the delivery method selected, and we will let you know when your order is on its way.
Please note that the recipient must be 18 years of age or over, who is accepting or signing for your goods ordered.

Missed or Late Delivery:

If you miss your delivery, your courier service provider will leave a card, or message you regarding making alternative arrangements.
Please kindly contact the postal service provider first, before contacting us to rearrange, or if there is a problem and your order
is later than expected, as once your parcel is on its way, they will have the information as to where it is.
If the courier cannot resolve an issue for you then please do drop us a line and we will investigate further.

Occasionally, we may offer special promotions on delivery costs, or offer free delivery subject to order value placed.
These offers will be highlighted on checkout, or at the top of our website banner where current promotions will be shown.
These promotions cannot be applied retrospectively and may be for a limited time frame.
During peak seasonal times, please kindly allow an extra day or two for orders to be processed, before contacting us or the advised courier.
