Returns Policy
We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased as long as the following conditions are met in full:
It is within 30 days of purchase.
Unless faulty, your item(s) must be unused, with the seal unbroken.
The item should be in the same good condition as received, and returned in its original protective packaging.
You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
You have sent the item back to the address as specified.
Return Shipping Costs
To return your product, you should send your product to the address advised.
Please note: you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of your item/s.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*We strongly recommend the use of a ‘signed for’, tracked courier or postal service for your returns, to receive confirmation of receipt.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Noting, refunds can take several days to be processed and appear back into your account.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow a few days for a refund to show in your account; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If this seems longer than anticipated, please check your account and if needed contact your bank, credit card or payment company first.

Exchanges
Please kindly note that will replace items if they are defective or damaged only.
Please send us an email to hello@yourcordiality.com and send your item back to the address advised.
*If it is not possible to return a damaged item safely, then supporting photos must be sent, along with a description of the problem and the exchange will be reviewed.
