2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

How we will accept your order.
By placing an order with us, you are entering into a contract with Cordiality Limited to provide you with the selected goods and services.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you our confirmation of your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
Your statutory rights.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under British Law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions and apply to goods ordered online or by phone or via email.
If we cannot accept your order.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will provide you with a refund for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
Your order number.
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what that reference is when your order is accepted and processed.
When contacting us, it helps us speed up any responses to your enquiries if you quote your order reference in your communication.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

Variations on your product and / or packaging.
Although we make every effort to display the items accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display accurately reflects the colours of the items.
Product or packaging may vary slightly from images as seen on our website, which are for illustrative purposes, but aim to be as accurate as possible. Additionally, on occasion due to stock availability packaging may vary.
Due to the use of natural ingredients and flavourings in our products, it is possible that there may be some very minimal variations between batches on occasion.

4. PROVIDING ITEMS ORDERED

Delivery costs.
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website when you place your order.

When will we provide you with your goods.
These details will be confirmed to you on your email confirmation. Additionally, once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive notification and tracking reference subject to the delivery service selected.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered.
If no one is available at the delivery address you have provided to take delivery (and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox or left in a secure place), our nominated carrier will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements.
If you do not re-arrange delivery.
If you do not collect the products from our nominated carrier as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, our nominated carrier will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.
If, despite reasonable efforts, our nominated carrier is unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and any refunds due will be subject to the safe return of the goods to us and the deduction of any delivery fees paid and associated costs.
When you become responsible for the products.
Products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you provided for delivery.
When you own products.
You own the product/s once we have received your payment in full.
Reasons we may suspend the supply of products to you.
On rare occasion, we may have to suspend the supply of a product to deal with technical problems or to make minor technical changes; or update our products to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

5. YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

Returns & Refunds
You have the right to change your mind. If you wish to return your goods, this must be within 30 days of purchase. Unless faulty, your item(s) must be unused, with the seal unbroken.
The item should be in the same good condition as received and returned in its original protective packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase and have sent the item back to the address as specified.

When you would NOT have the right to change your mind.
You would not have the right to change your mind in respect of any special or bespoke products developed exclusively for or customised for you.
For example, if you ask us to make unique changes to a product including special packaging and labelling or developing a specific or unique product or flavour to your needs, then you would no longer have the right to return it.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Where to find the price for the product.
The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.
What happens if we have charged you incorrectly or a discount has not been applied.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced, or discounts offered incorrectly applied.
If you feel that you have been incorrectly charged, or a discount is not working, please do contact us to check this and resolve.
Please note that only current offers and discounts can be reviewed and that they must be active at the point of your contacting us, or our receiving an order from you.

We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & Apple Pay.
You will be charged for the products before we dispatch them at the point of ordering.
All payments are in UK sterling.
Discounts and Promotional Offers
We will from time to time offer discounts and promotions, the terms of these discounts will be clearly communicated and applied at point of order. These offers may use promotional codes or require signing up with an email to access.
Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative offered.
Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offer, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Promotional codes cannot be added to an order once the order has been placed.
Where free delivery is offered on orders placed over a certain value, the total value applicable will be determined less any promotional discount if used, once applied.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust the price of our products throughout the year, including those already on sale. We are not able to adjust the price of any items already purchased.
Trade Orders
Prices and terms for trade orders will be supplied upon request and subject to the order qty and delivery instructions required.
